Who am I?

Until recently, I worked as the manager of a team of SAM consultants at Atea. After 30 years at Volvo and SKF, I wanted to take the next step and see if management was something for me, but I realize that I miss being more hands-on. For the past year, I have been managing a group of talented consultants, but I feel that I am quite far from what I used to do. I have therefore taken the step to become an independent consultant in the IT field.

With my experience from both Volvo and SKF, I have a good grasp of the processes in the application area, and I really miss having an outlet for my energy and knowledge.

During my years in various global positions, I have worked in most roles in the infrastructure and application area with both internal and external customers. Over the years, I have built up a large global network where we regularly exchange experiences. I also have good experience of the political games that go on behind the scenes at large companies.

I have over 20 years of experience in contract management, vendor management, sourcing/procurement, and software asset management, although I have worked in the infrastructure field for almost 30 years. I have worked as a manager on various occasions, including during the past year.

I am open, self-motivated, highly structured, and business-oriented. I am used to working independently, but also in a team that exchanges ideas and makes quick decisions when necessary.

I am a positive and inspiring motivator because I have a lot of knowledge to share. I am used to high international exposure with cross-border experience thanks to my many global roles. Building a broad network, both internally and externally, is a natural way of working for me.
